As a teenager I can remember watching as "our woods" & allotments were bulldozed to make way for houses. I felt a great sadness & helplessness as the place we spent many happy days playing as children disappeared forever. I think this inspired me to join FREG.

It is great to see the work we do literally growing and taking shape. I really enjoy the practical work, the general banter and wide variety of "characters" that comprise FREG.
